EarlyON & Tshikeksa (When I Was a Child) Resource Room

The EarlyON at FENFC is part of a Team group called Tshikeksa’:

This group consists of 4 programs in the FENFC - EarlyON being one of them!

We are the Indigenous-led EarlyON Centre for the FENFC. We service families with children 0-6 years old, although older siblings are always welcome to be involved in learning, as well.

We offer access to culture, tradition, resources and drop-in playgroups. Through the pandemic, we offer virtual services such as; traditional storybook readings, Indigenous language revitalization, cooking classes, circle times, craft ideas, activity kits, developmental resources for families and children and more! We often work with other FENFC programs to build stronger relationships and provide high-quality programming, workshops and events to you and your family.

These are all offered and posted on our Facebook page (@EarlyONFENFC). Some programming requires registration, but most are open to access for when it is convenient for you and your family. We also offer contact-less porch drop-offs or curbside pick-ups of activities, craft kits and more.
