Health Outreach
The Health Outreach program goal is to promote the health and well being of Aboriginal individuals and their families to ensure the health needs of the Aboriginal community are met. This is done through co-programming, health promotion, education and referrals to Aboriginal cultural resources and mainstream health providers.
